The Medicine, Older Adult & Palliative Program was able to announce two very deserving winners of the 2023 Unsung Hero Award. The award ceremony was held in the SPH Cullen Theatre and broadcast via Zoom on September 19, 2023.

Physicians and staff of the Medicine, Older Adult & Palliative Program care for a diverse and complex population with great attention and compassion, but there are those that stand out.

This year, we are excited to recognize and celebrate them again through the annual Medicine, Older Adult and Palliative Program Unsung Hero Awards.

These individuals go above and beyond the call of duty to improve patient care, outcomes and health care delivery in their daily work.

The PHC Medicine, Older Adult & Palliative Program’s Unsung Hero Awards is funded by a generous, anonymous donor to the St. Paul’s Foundation. Each recipient received $1,000.
