The People Staffing Department had recently made adjustments to improve scheduling processes. This will help enhance the shift awarding experience for both staff and schedulers.

On June 9th, the shift bidding and awarding process was streamlined so that full time staff will get their preferred smart call and prebooking notifications for shifts they are eligible for.

Please review the chart below to familiarize yourself with the changes.

Staff will continue to receive notification via Andgo portal or by daily email summary for available shifts in prebooking.
