As part of PHC’s commitment to improving staff scheduling processes, we are excited for the launch of Andgo! Andgo is the new online scheduling tool that will replace the many staff scheduling systems and paper-based processes currently in place, into one easy-to-use online platform for all PHC unionized staff who are scheduled by our centralized People Staffing team.

Switching to Andgo is the first of several steps PHC is taking to upgrade our outdated (and disconnected) staffing systems. Andgo will bring positive change through better support for our people, streamlining processes and modernizing technology by automating the communication processes of receiving and filling shifts.

Andgo’s six modules include automated shift callout functionality (replacing Automated Shift Callout), pre-booking (replacing the manual spreadsheet system) and an online selection process for annual vacation planning (replacing the paper-based process), which PHC will implement in phases over the next two years.

MySchedule – view your schedule and manage preferences all in one online platform!

The first module to launch is MySchedule. On April 14, MySchedule went live for a small pilot group of staff. Building on this momentum, on Wednesday, April 28, we launched MySchedule for the second group of staff; the rest of the organization will go-live in early summer.

MySchedule is Andgo’s online portal where staff can view their schedule and set their contact preferences for how and when they would like to receive shift opportunities. In combination with the Smart Call application launching later this spring, MySchedule will phase out the current ASC system.

To help prepare staff for the transition to MySchedule, Staffing is holding virtual training sessions on Zoom next Monday and Tuesday at the following times:

  • Monday, May 3: 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m.
  • Tuesday, May 4: 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m.
